MikroTik ACSMAUFL is a U.fl to SMA female pigtail designed for connecting internal cards with U.fl connectors — LTE, LoRa, or wireless — to external SMA antennas. It is commonly used in MikroTik equipment with miniPCI-e cards or internal modules where the U.fl connector on the card needs to be routed to the enclosure's SMA port or to a separately mounted external antenna.

The pigtail provides the standard transition between the compact U.fl format used on internal cards and the externally accessible SMA female connector — without additional intermediate adapters. An MTBF of approximately 100,000 hours confirms reliability for permanent installations where the cable remains connected continuously without frequent handling.
