What are cookies?
Cookies are files or pieces of information that can be stored on your computer (or other Internet-compatible devices, such as a smartphone or tablet) when you visit the site (www.pride.md). This type of file usually contains the name of the site from which it was obtained, the “lifetime” of the file (for example, how long it will remain on the device), and the value, which is, as a rule, a randomly generated unique number.
What types of cookies do we use?
On the site (www.pride.md) we use two types of cookies - session cookies and persistent cookies. Session cookies are temporary files that remain on the device until you leave the site (www.pride.md). Persistent cookies remain on the device for a long time or until you manually delete them (how long a cookie will remain on your device will depend on the length or “lifetime” of a specific file and the setting of your browser).
Some of the pages visited may also collect information using pixel tags (also called “clean pictures”), which can be passed on to third parties who directly support our advertising activities and develop websites. For example, information about website visitors (www.pride.md) can be used in conjunction with a third party advertising agency to improve targeted banner advertising on our website. This information, however, is not suitable for the identification procedure, although it may be related to your personal information.
How can I control or delete cookies?
Most Internet browsers are initially set to automatically accept cookies. You can change the settings in order to block cookies or alert the user when files of this type are sent to the device. There are several ways to manage cookies.
Please refer to your browser manual for more information on how to adjust or change your browser settings. If you disable the cookies we use, it may affect your browsing experience, while on the website (www.pride.md) you will not be able to visit some parts of these web resources, or you will not be able to receive personal information when you visit the site (www.pride.md).
If you use different devices to view and access the site (www.pride.md) (for example, computer, smartphone, tablet, etc.), you should make sure that each browser on each device is configured according to with your point of view on working with cookies.
