MikroTik ACGPSA GPS Antenna for LtAP mini LTE Kit

MikroTik ACGPSA is a standalone active GPS antenna for LtAP series devices, designed for mobile and vehicular installations where accurate GPS reception is needed for location tracking, fleet monitoring, or time synchronization in distributed networks. It is used alongside the LtAP or LtAP mini to extend the device's GPS capability in locations where the internal antenna does not provide sufficient reception.

The antenna operates on the standard GPS frequency of 1575.4 MHz and includes an integrated active amplifier for stronger signal in challenging reception conditions — under dense vegetation, inside vehicles, or in urban environments with obstructions. The compact 46.5 × 26.5 × 12.5 mm enclosure carries an IP67 rating, making it suitable for permanent outdoor mounting in all weather conditions. The built-in magnet and included double-sided tape allow quick attachment to any metallic or smooth surface without drilling or additional hardware.

The 5-metre cable with SMA male connector provides positioning flexibility relative to the LtAP unit, allowing the antenna to be placed where sky visibility is best. Connection to the LtAP or LtAP mini requires the ACSMAUFL pigtail, available for separate purchase. Cable length is worth considering — using a longer cable than the included one increases attenuation and may reduce GPS reception sensitivity.

Recommended for vehicles and mobile installations with LtAP or LtAP mini where built-in GPS reception is insufficient, for fleet monitoring systems requiring accurate and continuous location data, and for any scenario where the GPS antenna needs to be positioned separately from the main unit for optimal sky visibility.
