MikroTik SMASMA Professional RF Cable Adapter with SMA Connector

MikroTik SMASMA is a 1-metre coaxial cable with SMA male connectors on both ends, designed for connecting LTE cards to external antennas in wAP R kit installations. It is commonly used together with the ACSMAUFL pigtail to route the LTE card's antenna connection through the dedicated cable openings in the wAP R enclosure, which are specifically designed for this purpose.

The cable features 50 Ohm impedance and covers the DC–2.7 GHz frequency range, compatible with all LTE bands used in current mobile networks. Maximum attenuation of 0.9 dB across the full band ensures minimal signal loss between the LTE card and the external antenna — important in installations where signal quality is already marginal. The tested temperature range of -40°C to +85°C confirms reliable performance in permanent outdoor deployments.

The 1-metre length provides sufficient flexibility for routing inside or outside the wAP R enclosure without mechanical stress on the equipment's connectors. For installations requiring greater separation between the card and the antenna, using a longer cable increases attenuation and may reduce LTE reception quality.

Recommended for wAP R kit installations where the LTE card needs to be connected to an external antenna through the enclosure's dedicated openings, for configurations using the ACSMAUFL pigtail, and for any scenario where a short, quality coaxial extension between LTE equipment and an external SMA antenna is required.
