MikroTik HGO-antenna-OUT Professional Outdoor Antenna for SOHO and SMB Networks

MikroTik HGO-antenna-OUT is an omnidirectional outdoor dual-band antenna with an RP-SMA connector, designed for exterior wireless installations where 360° coverage on both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz is needed from a single antenna element. Providing 3.3 dBi gain on 2.4 GHz and 5.5–7.1 dBi on 5 GHz, it connects directly to MikroTik equipment with RP-SMA ports — including the NetMetal ac² — turning any RP-SMA platform into a capable dual-band outdoor access point.

The screw-on design with RP-SMA male connector allows fast tool-free mounting and removal on any compatible MikroTik device with an RP-SMA female port. The higher gain on 5 GHz (5.5–7.1 dBi) compared to 2.4 GHz (3.3 dBi) reflects typical usage — 5 GHz for low-latency connections at moderate distances, 2.4 GHz for broader coverage with standard mobile devices. Two HGO-antenna-OUT antennas mounted on the NetMetal ac² enable full dual-band operation of the platform with simultaneous use of both bands.

HGO-antenna-OUT attaches directly to the RP-SMA connectors of the host device, radiating omnidirectionally in the horizontal plane for 360° coverage around the installation point. Compatible with any MikroTik equipment featuring an RP-SMA female connector, including NetMetal, BaseBox platforms, and other outdoor routers with external antenna connectors.
