MikroTik LtAP mini 4G Kit – Compact LTE Access Point for SMB & Industrial Use

MikroTik LtAP mini 4G kit is a compact weatherproof wireless access point with an integrated LTE Cat4 modem, GPS, and two SIM slots, designed specifically for use in moving vehicles — cars, buses, trains — and fixed outdoor installations where mobile connectivity, WiFi, and GPS tracking are required from a single small device.

The LTE Cat4 modem delivers download speeds up to 150 Mbps, distributing the mobile connection to devices in the vehicle via 2.4 GHz WiFi (Wi-Fi 4) or through the Fast Ethernet port for wired equipment. Two Mini SIM slots provide operator redundancy — when signal degrades on the primary SIM, traffic can switch to the secondary operator. The integrated GPS with a uFL connector for an external antenna enables real-time vehicle location tracking, with direct RouterOS support through a tracking application example included in the documentation. The internal LTE antennas with uFL connectors can be replaced with external antennas for improved coverage in weak signal areas.

LtAP mini 4G kit accepts power through three independent methods — PoE 802.3af/at, DC jack (8–30V), and microUSB 5V — covering any vehicle or outdoor installation scenario without additional adapters. The IP54-rated enclosure with an included wall mounting kit and E-MARK automotive certification confirm design intent for mobile environments. The RS232 serial console port provides direct access for debugging and configuration. The tested operating range of -40°C to +70°C covers extreme conditions across all climates.
