MikroTik LtAP mini LTE kit — professional LTE access point for SMB and industrial applications

MikroTik LtAP mini LTE kit is a compact weatherproof wireless access point with an integrated LTE Cat4 modem, GPS, and two SIM slots, designed for use in moving vehicles and outdoor installations where 2G/3G/4G mobile connectivity, WiFi, and GPS tracking are required from a single miniaturized device. E-MARK automotive certification and three powering options including microUSB enable direct vehicle integration without additional adapters.

The LTE Cat4 modem with 2G/3G fallback support connects on international LTE bands — maximum compatibility with global cellular infrastructure. Dual-chain 2.4 GHz WiFi (Wi-Fi 4, 300 Mbps) distributes the mobile connection to devices in the vehicle or nearby. Two Mini SIM slots provide operator redundancy — when signal degrades on the primary SIM, traffic switches to the secondary operator. The integrated GPS with a uFL connector for an optional external antenna enables real-time location tracking, with a tracking application example included in RouterOS documentation. Internal LTE antennas with uFL connectors can be replaced with external antennas for improved coverage.

LtAP mini LTE kit accepts power via PoE 802.3af/at, DC jack (8–30V), or microUSB 5V — direct vehicle electrical system connection without an additional converter. The RS232 serial port provides console access for debugging, and the IP54-rated enclosure with an included wall mounting kit facilitates discreet installation inside the vehicle or on exterior surfaces. The tested operating range of -40°C to +50°C covers conditions across all climates.
