MikroTik RBGPOE Gigabit PoE Injector for SOHO & SMB Networks

RBGPOE is a passive PoE injector for Gigabit Ethernet ports, designed for powering RouterBOARD equipment through an existing network cable, eliminating the need for a separate power cable to devices mounted on towers or in hard-to-reach locations. It is widely used in outdoor installations where reducing the number of cables to the device simplifies mounting, maintenance, and the overall appearance of the installation.

The injector accepts input voltages between 18-57V and passes the same voltage to the output through the Gigabit Ethernet cable without conversion or regulation, ensuring direct compatibility with RouterBOARD equipment supporting passive PoE powering in this range. Shielded connectors reduce electromagnetic interference and ensure maximum Gigabit signal integrity, relevant in industrial installations or near sources of electrical noise. The -40°C to +70°C operating range makes it suitable for permanent outdoor installations.

RBGPOE uses pins 4,5 for 18-57V supply and pins 7,8 as return, in accordance with the standard passive PoE specification for Gigabit ports. It connects simply between the power source and the RouterBOARD device — one end receives power and the network cable from the switch, the other delivers both Gigabit data and power through the same cable to the device. An MTBF of 100,000 hours confirms reliability for permanent use in production infrastructures.

Recommended for powering MikroTik outdoor equipment with Gigabit ports mounted on poles, antennas, or remote locations, and for any RouterBOARD device supporting passive PoE in the 18-57V range.
