MikroTik mANTBox 2 12s – 2.4 GHz Sector Access Point for SMB & Industrial Networks

MikroTik mANTBox 2 12s is a 2.4 GHz base station with an integrated 12 dBi sector antenna and 120° coverage angle, designed for point-to-multipoint networks in rural areas, campuses, and open spaces where centralized long-range wireless coverage is needed from a single outdoor unit. A wireless router and high-gain sector antenna are combined in one ready-to-use device with no additional external components required.

The dual-polarization sector antenna at 12 dBi with 120° coverage delivers up to 30 dBm output power, providing extended range for CPE client devices at significant distances. The 802.11b/g/n (Wi-Fi 4) wireless module on 2.4 GHz with dual-chain configuration delivers up to 300 Mbps under optimal conditions. The 600 MHz CPU with 64 MB RAM and Gigabit Ethernet port handle routing and traffic management for a reasonable number of simultaneous clients. The IP54-rated enclosure and tested operating range of -40°C to +70°C ensure continuous operation across all weather conditions.

mANTBox 2 12s integrates into outdoor networks as the central hub of a point-to-multipoint topology on the 2.4 GHz band, connecting CPE devices within the coverage sector. Passive PoE or DC jack input simplifies pole and structure mounting without separate power sources. The PoE injector, power adapter, and mounting accessories are included in the kit — the unit is ready to deploy out of the box.
