SXTsq 5 High Power is a compact outdoor wireless device with an integrated 16 dBi antenna on the 5GHz band and increased transmit power, designed for long-range point-to-point links and CPE connectivity in wireless distribution networks where maximum coverage distance is a critical requirement. It is widely used by ISPs and integrators who need greater range than the SXTsq Lite5 provides, without increasing equipment cost or physical size.

The higher transmit power compared to the Lite version enables reaching longer distances on the 5GHz band, less congested than 2.4GHz, ensuring a stable connection with minimal interference even in challenging terrain conditions. The integrated 16 dBi antenna and compact 129x129mm square form factor — twice as thin as the previous SXT 5 model — simplify installation and shipping without performance compromises. RouterOS License L4 provides additional capabilities over the Lite version, including advanced routing and management features.

SXTsq 5 High Power is powered via passive PoE at 10-28V, included in the kit along with the power adapter and metal mounting ring, and connects to the network through its 10/100 Ethernet port. The IP54-rated enclosure and -40°C to +70°C operating range ensure reliable operation in permanent outdoor installations across varied climatic conditions. A maximum draw of 7W with passive cooling keeps operational costs low in large-scale deployments.

Recommended for ISPs building 5GHz CPE networks where signal range and power are critical selection factors, for wireless backbone connections between remote locations, and for deployments where the SXTsq Lite5 does not cover the required distances.
