MikroTik LHG R – High-Gain Directional LTE Antenna for SMB & Industrial Use

MikroTik LHG R is a high-gain 21 dBi outdoor LTE antenna without an integrated modem, designed for internet connectivity in remote rural locations where cellular signal is insufficient for standard equipment. Unlike kit versions with an included modem, the LHG R ships with an open miniPCI-e slot — allowing installation of the preferred or locally required LTE module.

The 21 dBi antenna focuses signal toward the cell tower at extreme distances, providing connectivity where mobile phones cannot obtain a usable signal. The hardware platform with a single-core 650 MHz CPU, 64 MB RAM, and RouterOS license level 3 handles routing and connection management after the modem is installed. Exclusive PoE 802.3af/at input carries both data and power over a single Ethernet cable, simplifying elevated installation on poles and masts. The tested operating range of -40°C to +60°C covers any climate for permanent outdoor deployments.

LHG R mounts on exterior structures using the mounting accessories and connects to a router or switch via the Fast Ethernet port. The miniPCI-e slot accepts verified compatible MikroTik or third-party LTE modules — the SIM slot is functional only with a modem installed. This variant is the right choice when a specific module is required for local network compatibility or when a module is already available and purchasing a complete kit is unnecessary.
