Cloud Gateway Max (UCG-Max) is a compact yet powerful UniFi gateway designed for modern networks requiring advanced security, centralized management, and 2.5-Gigabit connectivity. Its compact desktop form factor makes it ideal for offices and SMB environments.

The device supports 30+ UniFi devices, 300+ simultaneous users, 15 HD cameras, 8 2K cameras, or 5 4K cameras, and up to 50 access hubs. It features 5x 2.5 GbE RJ45 ports, including 1 default WAN port, providing flexible multi-WAN deployment options.

With up to 2.3 Gbps IDS/IPS throughput, UCG-Max delivers robust protection through a stateful and Layer 7 firewall, DPI, content filtering, IPS/IDS, and ad blocking, powered by 55,000+ CyberSecure security signatures. VLAN and subnet-based traffic segmentation ensures granular network control.

The gateway supports license-free VPN and SD-WAN, including WireGuard, OpenVPN, L2TP, IPsec, Site Magic, Teleport, and Identity Endpoint One-Click VPN. Advanced networking features include multi-WAN load balancing, OSPF, advanced QoS, mDNS, advanced NAT, integrated RADIUS, customizable DHCP, IPv6 support, and policy-based routing.

UCG-Max supports NVMe SSD NVR storage up to 2 TB and is powered via USB Type-C for improved energy efficiency. A quad-core ARM Cortex-A53 processor at 1.5 GHz and 3 GB of system memory ensure stable operation. Management is handled through UniFi Network, Protect, Access, Talk, and Connect applications, with a 0.96” LCM status display. The device is NDAA Compliant and certified CE, FCC, IC, SRRC, Anatel.
