MikroTik TOF-2400-8V-4 Omni Antenna – LoRa Connectivity for SMB & IoT

The MikroTik TOF-2400-8V-4 is an 8 dBi omnidirectional external antenna for the 2.4 GHz band, designed to extend coverage range in LoRa® and WLAN deployments where the built-in antenna of the host device is no longer sufficient. It is the recommended antenna upgrade for the wAP LR2 kit and other MikroTik devices with an SMA connector, providing omnidirectional coverage of up to 3–4 km in line-of-sight conditions for IoT sensor networks and outdoor wireless access.

The 8 dBi gain delivers a meaningful increase in effective range compared to standard internal antennas, while the omnidirectional radiation pattern distributes signal evenly in all horizontal directions — practical for deployments where sensors or wireless clients are spread around a central gateway rather than concentrated in one direction. The antenna supports both 2.4 GHz LoRa® and standard 2.4 GHz WLAN, making it compatible with any device operating in this band with an SMA connector. It ships with a 1-meter SMA cable and a mechanical holder for fast mast or pole attachment.

The included mounting hardware allows the antenna to be positioned at height for maximum coverage, while the 1-meter cable provides enough separation between the antenna mount point and the host device.
