Wireless Wire is a 60GHz wireless link kit that completely replaces a Gigabit Ethernet cable between two points, delivering fiber-grade speed and stability at a fraction of the cost of physical cable installation. It is widely used for connecting floors or adjacent buildings, eliminating the need to run cables through walls, ceilings, or structures where physical installation is costly or impractical.

The kit provides a 1 Gbit/s full duplex AES-encrypted link at 60GHz over distances of 200 meters or more, operating on an uncongested spectrum that eliminates the interference typical of traditional WiFi. Both wAP60G devices come pre-paired from the factory and connect automatically upon powering on — with no additional configuration required. At just 5W per unit with passive cooling and an MTBF of 200,000 hours, the solution ensures continuous and reliable operation in permanent installations.

Wireless Wire accepts power via 802.3af/at PoE or 12-57V DC jack and includes PoE injectors, power adapters, a wall mounting kit, pole mounting straps, and desktop stands for indoor use. The IP55-rated enclosure withstands water jets and dust, while the -40°C to +70°C operating range ensures reliable performance across varied climatic conditions. The link works through most windows depending on their material, further expanding indoor deployment scenarios.

Recommended for rapid inter-floor or adjacent building connectivity without cable runs, for Gigabit backup links in critical infrastructures, and for any scenario where laying a physical cable is impractical or cost-prohibitive.
