MikroTik OmniTIK 5 PoE ac – Outdoor Wireless Access Point 5 GHz for SMB and Industrial Networks

The MikroTik OmniTIK 5 PoE ac is an outdoor omnidirectional access point for the 5 GHz band with 802.11ac support, built for pole-mounted wireless distribution where 360° coverage and powering nearby equipment are the primary requirements. Gigabit Ethernet ports 2-5 provide passive or 802.3af/at PoE output — powering secondary access points, IP cameras, or other PoE devices directly without separate injectors. At 48-57V input voltage, the ports also support af/at mode B compatible devices, extending compatibility with standard PoE equipment. The QCA9557 CPU at 720 MHz and 128 MB RAM support full RouterOS Level 4 functionality for advanced wireless distribution configurations.

The IP54-rated enclosure and pole-mount design — with bracket included — allow rapid deployment in exposed outdoor locations. The USB type A port with power reset adds flexibility for connecting a USB modem or external storage. Passive cooling and a tested operating range of -40°C to +70°C confirm continuous operation without frequent maintenance. The included package covers a complete installation: Gigabit PoE injector, 28V power adapter, and pole mounting bracket.
