MikroTik LHG 4G kit is an outdoor high-gain 21 dBi LTE antenna with an integrated Cat4 modem, designed for internet connectivity in remote rural locations where cellular signal is too weak for standard devices. Mounted on a pole, mast, or any sufficiently tall structure, it captures signal from cell towers at extreme distances, delivering last-mile internet access where no wired infrastructure is available.
The 21 dBi antenna compensates for distance from the cell tower and difficult signal propagation conditions, turning a marginal connection into one suitable for everyday internet use. The integrated LTE Cat4 modem delivers download speeds up to 150 Mbps and upload up to 50 Mbps — sufficient for browsing, streaming, and remote work applications in areas without a wired alternative. At just 5W consumption, the device is powered exclusively via PoE 802.3af/at — a single Ethernet cable carries both data and power, eliminating additional cabling on the mounting structure.
LHG 4G kit mounts on exterior structures using the included mounting accessories and connects directly to a router or switch via the Fast Ethernet port. The miniPCI-e slot allows the LTE module to be replaced based on locally available network coverage. The IP54-rated enclosure and tested operating range of -40°C to +60°C ensure continuous operation across all climates, from severe winter to extreme summer heat.
Recommended for households and farms in rural areas without fiber or cable internet access, ISPs extending last-mile LTE connectivity in hard-to-reach locations, remote sites where LTE signal exists but is insufficient for standard devices, and any scenario where distance from cellular infrastructure requires an external high-gain antenna.
