MikroTik PowerBox Pro – Outdoor Ethernet Router for SMB and Industrial Network Infrastructure

The MikroTik PowerBox Pro is an outdoor five-port Gigabit Ethernet router with PoE output on four ports and an SFP port for fiber connectivity, built for tower, pole, and outdoor installations where powering nearby equipment eliminates the need for additional cabling runs. Ethernet ports 2-5 deliver passive or 802.3af/at PoE output — powering access points, IP cameras, and other PoE devices directly without separate injectors or power adapters. At 48-57V input voltage, the ports also support 802.3at/af mode B compatible devices, extending compatibility with standard PoE equipment. The SFP port adds fiber optic connectivity for long-distance uplinks or integration into existing optical infrastructure. The QCA9557 CPU at 800 MHz and 128 MB RAM provide stable performance for advanced routing, firewall, and VPN configurations through RouterOS Level 4.

The weatherproof outdoor enclosure supports pole, tower, or metal structure mounting — the included package contains a DIN mount, Gigabit PoE injector, and 24V power adapter. Passive cooling and a tested operating range of -40°C to +70°C confirm continuous operation in extreme climatic conditions with minimal maintenance. Idle power consumption of just 6W without attached devices keeps the installation energy-efficient.
