The HiLook IPC-B121H is a 2MP PoE bullet camera built for business video surveillance in offices, warehouses, retail premises and managed residential sites. Its 2.8 mm lens covers a wide field of view, so a single camera secures a large area, while power and data run over one network cable.

A 1/2.7" progressive scan CMOS sensor and Full HD 1920 × 1080 resolution provide enough detail to recognise people and vehicles at close range. Smart IR illumination reaches up to 30 m, keeping footage usable in total darkness without overexposing nearby subjects. The 112° horizontal field of view reduces the number of cameras needed to cover a yard or façade. Digital WDR, BLC and 3D DNR handle backlit entrances and suppress noise in low-light scenes. An IP67-rated housing and an operating range of -30 °C to 60 °C allow year-round outdoor installation.

H.265+ compression cuts bandwidth and storage requirements, extending NVR retention and easing the load on the network. The camera is powered via PoE (802.3af) or a 12 VDC supply and connects through a 10/100 Mbps Ethernet port. ONVIF and ISAPI support ensures compatibility with ONVIF-compliant NVRs and the HiLook/Hikvision ecosystem, with management through iVMS-4200, the Hik-Connect app or a web browser. Access is secured with HTTPS, IP address filtering, privacy masking and up to 32 user accounts across three permission levels.
