Ubiquiti Relay — Compact IoT Relay for Automation and Equipment Control

The USL-Relay is an industrial wireless relay integrated into the UniFi Protect ecosystem, designed for access automation, electrical equipment control, and digital signal monitoring in enterprise networks and physical security infrastructures. It is commonly used for remote actuation of doors, barriers, sirens, and other switchable loads via SuperLink connectivity with a range of up to 2 km.

The relay features two dry-contact outputs (O1/COM/O2) compatible with 12–240V AC or 12–48V DC at up to 10A per port and 16A total (IEC), alongside two dry-contact digital inputs (I1/I2) with integrated 5V TVS protection for sensor or external button monitoring. Power input is 12–48V DC with built-in over-temperature protection activating at 85°C, eliminating the need for a dedicated power supply in most industrial installations.

USL-Relay integrates natively with UniFi Protect, managed via web application or mobile app on iOS and Android. Its compact form factor (50 × 47.6 × 28 mm) and multiple mounting options — adhesive, wall, or DIN rail — allow discreet installation inside electrical panels, at door frames, or in technical spaces. RGBW status LEDs and a dedicated test button simplify commissioning and field diagnostics. CE, FCC, and IC certifications alongside NDAA compliance qualify it for regulated and government-sector deployments.
