MikroTik wAP LR8G — Промышленный/уличный Gateway LoRa® 868MHz с GPS и WiFi
MikroTik wAP LR8G kit is a compact outdoor LoRaWAN gateway with IP54 protection, integrated GPS, and 2.4 GHz WiFi, designed for outdoor IoT deployments where small form factor, minimal power consumption, and weather resistance are essential requirements. It is deployed by IoT integrators, smart city operators, and organizations deploying LoRaWAN sensor networks in urban, rural, or industrial environments where a compact and discreet gateway is preferred over larger equipment. Natively compatible with The Things Network and The Things Industries, it enables a functional IoT project to be up and running in less than a day without proprietary infrastructure.
The R11e-LR8G module provides LoRaWAN connectivity at 868 MHz with improved Rx sensitivity compared to the previous generation, extending coverage range and improving communication reliability with sensors even in difficult signal conditions. The integrated GPS with a uUFL connector provides positioning for tracking and location-based monitoring applications. Dual-chain WiFi 4 2.4 GHz 802.11b/g/n and a 10/100 Ethernet port ensure local connectivity and integration into existing infrastructure. The miniPCIe slot is occupied by the LoRa module — if LTE connectivity is required, the LoRa module can be replaced with an LTE modem, at which point the miniSIM slot becomes active.
A maximum draw of just 5W and passive cooling make the wAP LR8G kit ideal for installations powered by solar panels, batteries, or passive PoE 9–30V, DC jack 9–30V, or automotive connector 12–30V. The IP54 weatherproof enclosure and operating range from -40°C to +60°C guarantee reliable operation in demanding outdoor conditions — rain, dust, and significant temperature variations. The QCA9531 processor at 650 MHz with 64 MB RAM runs RouterOS v7 (License Level 4) with full management, firewall, and advanced routing at no recurring cost.
Recommended for outdoor IoT deployments with LoRa sensors in smart city, utility monitoring, smart agriculture, and logistics where a compact low-power gateway is the priority. Also suited for solar and off-grid installations with limited power budgets, for integrators building distributed LoRaWAN networks across wide geographic areas, and for any IoT project where The Things Network compatibility and deployment simplicity are key requirements.
