MikroTik TG-LR82 is your configurable LoRaWAN IoT sensor tag with temperature, humidity, and motion monitoring for long-term industrial and logistics deployments. Designed for distributed sensor networks where long-range data transmission, extended battery life, and adaptability to changing conditions are critical, the TG-LR82 combines multiple sensors, intelligent event-based rules, and flexible reporting profiles in a single compact device. By integrating the NIST-traceable TMP116N temperature sensor (±0.2°C accuracy), humidity sensor (0–100% RH), accelerometer with motion, tilt, and free-fall detection, magnetic reed switch for doors and lids, and LR1120 LoRa transceiver, it becomes a complete IoT telemetry solution in one compact IP67-rated enclosure. Certified to LoRaWAN 1.0.4 Class A, B.
Equipped with LoRa bands 868 MHz and 2.4 GHz, the TG-LR82 offers maximum deployment flexibility. The 2.4 GHz LoRa band enables global use without regional frequency restrictions — ideal for moving assets and international logistics, with a typical coverage range of approximately 1.5 km depending on gateway and environment. RF transmit power: 10.5 dBm at 868 MHz and 13 dBm at 2.4 GHz. Onboard data processing enables generation of averages, histograms, and threshold-based alerts before transmission — reducing network traffic without losing analytical value. The integrated magnetic reed switch detects door or lid openings and automatically triggers profile switching: from telemetry every 6 hours in normal operation to updates every 5 minutes when an event is detected.
Built on the LR1120 LoRa transceiver, NIST-traceable TMP116N temperature sensor (±0.2°C typical, ±0.3°C max for -25°C to +85°C), humidity sensor 0–100% RH, 3-axis accelerometer, non-replaceable LiMnO₂ 1100 mAh battery, operating temperature -10°C to +70°C, compact dimensions 76 × 45 × 19 mm, and IP67-rated enclosure. Configuration via LoRaWAN downlinks, compatible with The Things Network (TTN) and other standard platforms. Native integration with MikroTik LR8 gateways — KNOT LR8G, wAP LR8G, wAP LR2 — and visualization platforms such as Grafana via RouterOS container support. Supports ADR (Adaptive Data Rate) for automatic optimization of power consumption and link quality.
Ideal for: cold-chain monitoring and warehouses with temperature-sensitive goods, real-time asset and logistics tracking, industrial facilities and automation cabinets, environmental and utility monitoring, precision agriculture and environmental research, intrusion detection via door and window sensors, and any IoT application where approximately 5-year battery life and reliability in demanding conditions are essential.
