Moving an office to VoIP telephony does not mean giving up carrier landlines or existing SIM cards. The Zycoo ZX50-AG42 in the AG4204 configuration is an office IP PBX that combines PBX call handling, 4 FXO ports and 2 GSM channels in a single unit. It is built for small and medium businesses that need to unify landline, mobile and VoIP calling without changing the current dial plan.
The system supports up to 100 registered extensions and 30 concurrent calls, covering the daily call volume of a small or mid-sized organization. Four FXO ports connect carrier analog lines directly, while two GSM ports place calls to mobile networks through SIM cards. Calls to mobile numbers can be routed over the GSM channels, supporting communication cost optimization. A 32-bit RISC DSP platform handles voice processing reliably, with echo cancellation and voice activity detection (VAD).
Extensions run on the built-in SIP/IAX2 server, which registers IP phones and softphones. The server also accepts SIP trunks from VoIP providers and supports H.264 video calls. Core business PBX functions are included: auto attendant, voicemail, music on hold, ring groups, conference room, call transfer, parking and call monitoring. DID, DISA and BLF support simplify routing calls to departments and tracking extension status. Configuration runs through a web interface, while the VPN client (N2N), DDNS and system backup simplify remote administration and multi-site interconnection.
The ZX50-AG42 fits offices, retail chains and service companies that manage calls on several landline and mobile numbers simultaneously. Four landlines and two GSM channels handle outside calls in parallel and route them automatically to the responsible department. In distributed networks, several ZX50 units link over the internet so calls between branches run as internal extensions. The GSM channels also provide a fallback route for outbound calls when landlines are unavailable, maintaining service continuity.
