Ubiquiti AC Mesh — Professional Wi-Fi Mesh Access Point for SMB networks

The Ubiquiti AC Mesh (UAP-AC-M) is an IPX4-rated outdoor WiFi 5 access point with native wireless meshing support, designed to extend WiFi coverage in outdoor areas where wired infrastructure is unavailable or not economically viable. It is the right fit for yards, parking areas, campuses, and public spaces that need reliable wireless connectivity without a dedicated cabling backbone.

The dual-band configuration with 4 spatial streams — 2×2 on 5 GHz and 2×2 on 2.4 GHz — delivers combined speeds of up to 1.2 Gbps with support for 200+ simultaneous clients across a 140 m² coverage area. Native wireless meshing allows access points to interconnect without Ethernet cabling, extending the network into areas where physical cable runs would be costly or impractical. An 8.5W power draw and PoE powering with an included adapter reduce infrastructure requirements to a minimum.

IPX4 weatherproofing and an operating temperature range of -30°C to +70°C ensure continuous operation under variable weather conditions. The compact 353 × 46 × 34.4 mm form factor and 152 g weight simplify wall or pole mounting for diameters of 25–76 mm, with mounting kits included. Native integration with UniFi Network (v6.0.45+) enables centralized management of the entire mesh network alongside the rest of the UniFi infrastructure.
