The Yeastar TA400 is a VoIP FXS gateway connecting analog telephones and fax machines to VoIP infrastructure and IP-PBX systems through 4 RJ11 FXS ports, designed for SMB organizations seeking to integrate existing analog terminals into IP telephony without replacing them. The TA400 supports TLS and SRTP, voice codecs G.711 (alaw/ulaw), G.722, G.726, G.729A/B, GSM, and ADPCM, ITU-T G.168 LEC echo cancellation with Dynamic Jitter Buffer, VAD, CNG, and PLC. Fax is supported via T.38 and Pass-through. FXS signalling covers Loop Start and Kewl Start, Caller ID in BELL202, ETSI (V23), and NTT (V23-Japan) formats, and disconnect methods Busy Tone and Polarity Reversal. Short and Long Haul support enables terminal connections up to 1.5 km on 24 AWG wire.
