Yeastar P560 P-Series PBX for up to 100–200 Users and Advanced Business Communications

The Yeastar P560 is a scalable IP-PBX from the P-Series platform, designed for mid-to-large businesses requiring a unified communications system with base support for 100 users and 30 concurrent calls, expandable to 200 users and 60 simultaneous sessions. The system consolidates analog, ISDN BRI, cellular GSM, and E1/T1 trunk connectivity into a single telephony platform without additional gateway hardware. Expansion board support distinguishes the P560 from lower-tier models in the series, providing genuine growth flexibility.

The P560 accommodates up to 8 analog FXS/FXO ports, 8 BRI ports, 4 cellular GSM ports, and 1 E1/T1/J1 port for high-capacity PSTN connectivity. Hardware expansion is achieved through a combination of 1×EX30/EX08 and 1×D30 boards, enabling additional ports and DSP channels as infrastructure requirements grow. USB and HDD external storage provide extended capacity for call recording and operational data archiving.

The system integrates simultaneously with SIP trunks, analog PSTN lines, ISDN, and E1, providing connectivity redundancy for organizations with strict continuity requirements. Administration is handled through a web interface covering user management, advanced routing, real-time monitoring, and detailed CDR reporting. P560 is compatible with Yeastar desktop and mobile client applications, supporting hybrid and remote work scenarios at scale.
