Yeastar P550 P-Series PBX for up to 50 Users and 25 Concurrent Calls

The Yeastar P550 is an IP-PBX from the P-Series platform, designed for mid-sized businesses requiring a unified communications system supporting up to 50 users and 25 concurrent calls. The system consolidates analog, ISDN BRI, and cellular GSM connectivity into a single telephony platform without additional gateway hardware. Its expanded capacity over the P520 makes it suitable for growing teams with medium-term scalability requirements.

The P550 accommodates up to 8 analog FXS/FXO ports, 8 BRI ports for ISDN lines, and 4 cellular ports for direct GSM connectivity — supporting multiple line types simultaneously within a single chassis. USB-based external storage enables call recording and configuration backup with greater capacity than TF card solutions. The P-Series platform delivers full UC functionality including multi-level IVR, call queues, conferencing, voicemail, CDR reporting, and desktop and mobile client integration.

The system integrates with SIP trunks for capacity expansion through VoIP carriers while retaining support for existing analog and ISDN lines. Administration is handled through a web interface covering user management, configurable routing policies, and real-time monitoring of active calls.
