According to the law no.133 of 08.07.2011 on personal data protection; to the national normative acts Government Decision no.296 of 15.05.2012; Art.74/1, 74/2, 74/3, 74/4 of the RM's Code of Conduct of the Republic of Moldova for Personal Data Protection, personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual. Different information that, collected, can identify a particular person is also considered as personal data.

Information you provide us
The data you submit through the available forms on this portal (registration / authorization, enrolment / booking of courses, subscription to newsletter / community / forum, enrollment and attendance at seminars organized by the Supplier, requests of return / repayment / rights, warranty certificates, submission and participation at organized contests) in physical or digital format, by e-mail sent to us or by phone calls.
Automatically collected data
When you access our portal (https://pride.md), the web server automatically saves access logs (journals), containing the visitor's IP address, the accessed web resource (document), as well as the information about the Operation System / Browser used. We store this data to prevent the fraud and to ensure the security of the portal and information.
Moreover, we use on our portal (https://pride.md) cookies to improve the browsing experience of all visitors, as well as to measure the effectiveness of this portal. Through cookies we do not collect and process any information that could identify any user.
