The Package Opening Service is available for both, individuals and legal entities and gives the recipient the possibility to check at the destination whether the ordered products are exactly the same as the ones being ordered, without a technical check (test / try) of the products.
This service is available for the clients of the web portal, free of charge, to facilitate the reception of delivered products in good condition and to exclude the subsequent disagreements.
The check is performed based on a list of products contained in the package.
If, after opening the package, you find that the delivered product is not in a perfect delivery condition and shows signs of being hit, scratched or other aesthetic problems, you can refuse the order.
To refuse the order, you should fill out an ascertainment Statement in the presence of the courier at the delivery. In the case of return via the Opening Package service, the shipping charges are covered by the Supplier.
